The registration fee doesn’t include accommodation for the participants. However, prepaid accommodation arrangements will be available only for female participants at the GTN group of institutions hostel.
Interested FEMALE participants are invited to book their accommodation at a prepaid rate of 500 INR per day/per head, which includes breakfast and dinner at the GTN group of the institution’s hostel.
🛏 Accommodation will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
🛏 Each room at the GTN Group of Institutions hostels will accommodate four persons, with individual cots, beds, and pillows provided for each participant.
The guidelines will be given shortly or before the conference. Individual cots with beds and pillows will be given to 4 persons/room at GTN group of institution hostels.
